Cape to the Rock Catering is run by Wiseman Mangaliso. Wiseman apprenticed at Mount Nelson Hotel, one of the leading hotels in South Africa which is also known as The Orient Express . As well as doing his Diploma in Professional Cookery at the Granger Bay Cape College South Africa, Wiseman lived in the UK and worked for The Millinium and Copthorne Hotels which had a 2 star rosette restaurant .
Following his employment in the UK, Wiseman moved to Ireland and worked mainly in 4 and 5 star environments including Capital hotels , Herbert Park Hotel, the 5 star Fitzwilliam Hotel & The Armada Hotel in Co Clare . Currently he works out of the Glenside Hotel in Drogheda, Co. Louth
